Every staff member working on investor-facing or government-liaison matters formally acknowledges the following, as part of our internal Corporate Forms system.
I will use only lawful and professional methods to build institutional access — knowledge, credibility, professional relationships, proper documentation, official channels and transparency.
I will not offer, promise, or request bribes, undisclosed inducements, or facilitation payments.
I will not promise or imply unauthorized Government influence or outcomes to any client or investor.
I will not falsify documents or facilitate the falsification of documents submitted to any Government institution.
I will not bypass official procedures or attempt unauthorized access to Government systems or offices.
I will declare any conflicts of interest involving Government officials, investors, or clients as soon as they arise.
I will protect confidential institutional, investor, and client information in line with Nevin's data-handling policy.
